The difference between external spring and internal spring Apr 13, 2022
For products such as pump heads, a spring needs to be placed in the pump head to press the liquid out. However, there are also two types of springs, internal springs and external springs.

External spring means that the spring is externally visible, usually placed above the pump core. Internal springs are the opposite of external springs. Inner springs are invisible and are generally located in the middle.

The advantage of the external spring is that it does not directly contact the liquid in the bottle, which is not only environmentally friendly and hygienic, but also completely avoids rust on individual springs, which affects the quality of the products in the bottle. It is suitable for liquids that are sensitive to atmosphere and oxygen, such as more viscous liquids such as emulsion stock solutions.

The built-in spring can directly contact the liquid, and is generally suitable for health care products, such as essential oils, perfumes, and skin care water, which are close to water.
