Why can the foam bottle directly squeeze out the foam?

When it comes to foaming, we should be more familiar with the bath balls used in the bath and the sponges used in the dishes. In fact, the principle of foam bottles is very similar to them. Let us first clarify the essence of foaming, which is actually the mixing of gas and liquid, and a single bubble is the smallest form of mixing.
It is not difficult to find that there are a lot of mesh structures on the bath flower, and the sponge also has a similar porous structure. These structures are like countless circles blowing bubbles, efficiently mixing the liquid and air within them and forming fine foam. Finally, let's go back to the foam bottle, which is also the secret to the fast mixing of air and liquid, the mesh structure.
Unlike regular pump heads, foam pump heads have an enlarged air chamber at the throat. When released after the first press, a low pressure is created in the upper part of the pump head, thereby pumping the liquid to the upper part of the pump head, while the air enters the air chamber. On the second press, the air chamber is pressurized, pumping the liquid and air into the screen located on the pipe at the same time, so that the bubbles are blown. The smaller the screen, the smaller the bubbles blown and the finer the bubbles.
